Under the "Test Administration" options, select the "Enable recording annotations" option
Once you do this, when you are on the "Record" screen, there will be text entry fields where you can enter the text for two distinct annotations. During the recording, if you press the button to the left of the text, the time and text of the annotation will be added to the recording. You can also use the remote button to trigger the annotations. These annotations will be available in recorded HDF file and the CSV output for each trial.
