Setting up a remote desktop session for support

Sometimes, it is much faster to have us work directly with your computer to debug a problem. Here are some steps for setting up a remote desktop session to allow our support engineers to help you out:

  • Go to http://www.teamviewer.com
  • Click on the "Download TeamViewer" option on the front page
  • Install and launch the program
  • Call the support engineer that is assisting you and give the ID and Password that TeamViewer provides to allow remote control.
