We have received a few reports of Mobility Lab or Moveo Explorer encountering a UI issue for some users that upgrade to macOS Big Sur. While the cause is unclear, the application will appear to have upsidedown and/or reversed windows, text, or application windows.
To temporarily resolve the issue, click the green Zoom button in the upper right-hand corner of the application window, which will resize the window and redraw the interface correctly. In most cases, you will not encounter this issue again after resizing the window.
To resolve this issue, we have created a software change that will be deployed in a future release. If you encounter the issue and these steps do not restore the user interface, please submit a ticket for troubleshooting assistance.
