We have received a few reports of Mobility Lab or Moveo Explorer encountering a UI issue for some users that upgrade to macOS Big Sur, or later versions: the application will appear to have upside down and/or reversed windows, text, or application windows.
To temporarily resolve the issue, click the green Zoom button in the upper right-hand corner of the application window, which will resize the window and redraw the interface correctly. In most cases, you will not encounter this issue again after resizing the window.
You can also manually try re-sizing the window, which should resolve the issue. To address this bug, our team has created a software change that is to be deployed in a future release. If you encounter the issue and these steps do not restore the user interface, please submit a ticket for troubleshooting assistance.
