If you have any data saved on the monitor from using it in logging mode, first attempt to back up the data using from you operating system's file explorer or Motion Studio's Import Manager. Next, from the Configuration dialog, select the monitor in the "Select Monitor" combo box and click on the "Re-flash Default Firmware" button. This will reset the monitor to its original state. Create a support ticket if this does not resolve your issue.
My monitor continuously flashes red (and possibly yellow), and docking/undocking it does not fix the problem
